Children and Young Adult’s Fiction

Whatever stage you’re at – forging on with work-in-progress or a true beginner – this course offers helpful writing prompts and experimental exercises to encourage you on your way. We will look at building a world for your story, either in this reality or in an entirely imagined setting, and there will be tips and advice on how to create convincing characters and dynamite dialogue. We will also lift the lid on life as a published author. Most importantly, you will take away a sense of delight in the process of story-making.
