TheWriteDay (TWD) is an intensive one-day retreat for procrastinating writers of all genres and abilities that has been running for over 7 years. We get together every month to write our socks off for one whole day. Our aim is not to get it right, just to get it written ~ and fix it later.
We give each other encouragement and support, but don’t share our work. We just write. Everyone goes home exhausted but exhilarated by what they’ve achieved. The fee is £16 and includes bread and soup at lunchtime, plus all-day tea, coffee and CAKE!
We meet in The Write Place on the second Sunday of every month.
