SUMMARY:How to Run Your Own Writing Workshops
DESCRIPTION:How to Run Your Own Writing Workshops is a practical 3-day training course aimed at giving you everything you need to know to set up and run your own successful writing workshops. \nWhen we started running our own writing workshops\, we gathered information from books\, courses and other people. We are both writers\, but not only did we need to know about the benefits of writing in groups\, we needed to figure out how to encourage other people to write\, how to make it fun\, engaging and inspiring\, how to create a safe environment for the participants\, how to plan and market the workshops\, and make sure they were targeted well. Our study at masters level also helped hone our knowledge and practice. With over 25 years’ experience between us\, we want to pass on what we’ve learned and so have distilled all we know into a three-day course we’d love to share with you.
