National Writing DayNational Writing Day – Thursday 26th June 2019
National Writing Day is an annual celebration of writing designed to inspire people across the UK to get writing. Our message is simple: everyone has a story to tell and sharing it can be a source of pleasure and power.

A celebration of books in all their forms! Children across the UK receive Book Tokens so they can get their hands on their very own book. World Poetry Day – Saturday 21st March 2020
Established by UNESCO, World Poetry is a celebration of poetry - from Shakespeare to Spoken Word. Poets and organisations across the UK band together to host events and launch resources on this day. Keep the date in your diary!
