Inkhead Crime Writing Workshop

Our crime-writing course sets up a crime, which the group will have to solve themselves. There are three suspects, each with a motive. Using examples from Sherlock Holmes, Edgar Allan Poe and others, we show the group how the experts built up suspense, created memorable detective characters, planted red herrings and clues through their prose, and left the big reveal to the end. The group will come out of the course with their own crime story, which we will help them write over two days.
